About the £200 tier
Two hours is two hours. Saying so is what keeps it at £200.
Entry tiers usually fail because nobody says out loud what is in them, and then either the client feels short-changed or the marketer quietly does £1,000 of work for £200 and resents it. Neither is much of a plan. So:
- Two hours, capped. They do not roll over.
- One channel — email. Not WhatsApp at 7pm on a Sunday.
- One call a month, booked, 30 minutes.
- Anything beyond the two hours is quoted first. Always.
When it is the wrong thing
If your website is broken and you have no Google listing, £200 a month buys you two hours against a job that needs a day. You would be paying for a plaster. The honest starting point is the £450 audit, and we would rather say that than take the £200 and watch it not work.
Most people move up to Found within six months. That is not a sales tactic, it is what the tier is for.
One-off
Marketing audit
£450
One-off. Where you are losing enquiries, what to fix, in what order. Yours to take to anyone — including someone else.
Website
From £1,800
Most local sites land between £1,800 and £4,000. Fixed price, agreed before we start. You own everything at the end.
Google Ads management is £450 a month plus your spend. Your spend goes to Google directly, on your card. We never mark it up. More on that.
Straight answers
What people ask about price
- How much does a marketing agency cost in Horsham?
- Ongoing support starts at £200 a month, most local businesses land between £395 and £795 a month, a one-off audit is £450, and a website starts at £1,800. Those are our real numbers. Most agencies will not publish theirs, which tells you something.
- Why do you publish prices when nobody else does?
- Because 'it depends' wastes both our afternoons. If £395 a month is not right for you, you should find that out from a web page rather than from a meeting.
- What should a small business spend on marketing?
- A common rule of thumb is 5 to 10% of turnover, but for an owner-managed local business the more useful question is what one extra job a month is worth. If a job is worth £800 and the retainer is £395, the maths is not complicated.
- Is there a contract?
- A three-month minimum on retainers, then a month's notice. Three months because nothing in local search shows a result faster than that, and it would be dishonest to take your money on a rolling basis pretending otherwise.
- What if I need more than my hours?
- We quote it before doing it, every time. No surprise invoices, and no quietly absorbing the work either — that is how the £200 tier stops existing.
